MAURINE WALL LABORDE

Maurine is an associate in the New Orleans office. Since joining the firm, her practice primarily focuses on surety law, construction litigation, and complex commercial matters. She also has extensive experience in oil and gas litigation.

Maurine graduated from Harvard Law School in 2011. At Harvard, Maurine was a member of the Harvard Legal Aid Bureau, representing domestic violence victims in family law matters under Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court Rule 3.03. While in law school, she served as an extern for the Honorable Judge Martin L.C. Feldman of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana. After graduating from law school, Maurine clerked for the Honorable Judge Kurt D. Engelhardt, then of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana.

Maurine was admitted to practice in Louisiana in 2011. In addition to the Louisiana State Bar Association, she is a member of the New Orleans Bar Association and the American Bar Association.
