AsheLee obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from The University of Southern Mississippi in 2010, before earning her J.D. from Tulane University Law School in 2021. While in law school, she was a member of Tulane Law’s Alternative Dispute Resolution Moot Court team, the Civil Rights and Federal Practice Clinic, and the Black Law Student Association. In addition, she placed first in Tulane Law’s intra-school ADR Moot Court competition and was named “Best Negotiator” in the Nelson Mandela International Negotiations National Competition.
As a law student, AsheLee was a legal intern for the Honorable Piper D. Griffin of Orleans Parish Civil District Court.
In her spare time, AsheLee enjoys crafting and spending time with her family and friends.
